P E T I T I O N

FOR PRESERVATION OF SOVEREIGNTY OF BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA

[ BOSANSKA VERZIJA ]

     These days, steps are being taken toward a destruction of the nation of Bosnia-Herzegovina by some members of the Bosnia-Herzegovina government, with the complicity of the international community. Within the proposal for a new Custom Tax Law, a fiscal sovereignty of entities has been introduced, which, if adapted, would end sovereignty of the Bosnia-Herzegovinia, and legalize full sovereignty of Republic Srpska - an entity built on genocide - as a new nation, where Bosnians and Croats are second class citizens. That is why, we citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina, dispersed all over the globe because of the genocide committed by the criminal entity called Republic Srpska, request of the Bosnian Government the following:

     1. Immediately terminate any process of elimination of the laws of the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina, a nation which is of importance to all it's citizens, for which these citizens voted in a Referendum of Independence on the 1st of March, 1992, and for which they bravely fought and paid such a heavy price. Therefore, under no condition would we agree to the introduction of "Laws that cancel laws of the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina..."

     2. To reject, at any cost, the proposal for the new Custom Tax Law. We remind our politicians, those who are members of the Bosnian Government that they were not elected merely to receive high wages, but to protect the interest of its country and it's peoples, and to sacrifice themselves, if necessary for the protection of the Country and it's peoples.

     3. We request from Mr. Sulejman Tihic and Mr. Sakib Softic, who are officially responsible for the Case of Bosnia-Herzegovina versus Serbia for genocide, to immediately request from the International Court of Justice to set a date for a hearing before the Court..

     4. We request from Mr. Sakib Softic to use this Case to make the Republic of Srpska illegal, since it was created as result of genocide and ethnic cleansing of citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina, who now live dispersed all over the world. We also request for them to include Prof. Francis Boyle, a naturalized Bosnian citizen and a Bosnian patriot, as a member of the lawyer team. We, Bosnia-Herzegovinian patriots, who live all over the world, along with those still living in the country, have already established a Fund for the financing of this Case, and we promise that we will cover all of the professor's costs during the incoming phases of this legal procedure.

     We ask the people of Bosnia-Herzegovina who live in the country and abroad to sign the petition, which can be found on the website www.Ferhadija.com, and in that way contribute to preservation of sovereignty of our Country, Bosnia-Herzegovina.
